We recognize that all students are uniquely talented. They are thus given opportunities to relish and realize their individual potential to the full. The school organizes different events for the students at different levels.
☀ INVESTITURE CEREMONY :
Leaders are not born, they are molded by instilling in them the confidence to lead and entrusting responsibilities.
At Springfields, Masab Tank investiture ceremony is a special day in school where deserving students shoulder the given responsibility to lead their School as council members for the four houses namely Aster, BlueBells, Chrysanthemum, Tulips.
They pledge to fulfill their duties with sincerity and dedication.
☀ INTER-CLASS CHART COMPETITION :
At Springfields charts are not only an aid for teaching but also brighten up the classrooms.
The chart competition is an important event as teachers select and give varied themes for each class. All the charts are augmented with interesting topics enabling the students to display their creativity in this process.
☀ JINGLES :
A talent and cultural show by the Preparatory Section and Primary Section students is put up and parents are invited to this grand event. The students perform to the tune of music and songs and also come up dressed on different themes like the characters of rhymes and fairy tales, superheroes and cartoons. The show also includes the children representing people from the different states of India. They event is a fabulous show of energy and enthusiasm.
☀ SPORTS DAY :
‘Verve’ - a lively, enthusiastic display of sportsmanship - is the title of our Annual Sports Day, held in the cooler months of the year.This is a lively and an exuberant event with a Ceremonial Guard of Honor, March Past, Drills, Gymnastics, Aerobics, Races, a display of Boxing, Karate, Wushu and Gymnastics and a spectacular cultural performance. Every year about 450 students participate in the various events and there are usually over 2000 guests in attendance. Nationally and internationally recognised sports personalities, celebrities, and prominent leaders of the community are invited to preside over the event which is also attended by members of the Hyderabad Police. The efforts and energy displayed by the students is truly a sight to behold.
☀ GRADUATION DAY :
Graduation Day is celebrated as our Preparatory Section students graduate from UKG to Class I. It is heartening to see the young ones proud of their achievements. Upon leaving the Preparatory Section students are well prepared for the next major step in their primary schooling.
☀ AWARDS, ACHIEVEMENTS & TOPPERS :
In the academic year 2017-18, Springfields School Masab Tank achieved a 100% success result. The school continues to maintain a remarkable record of achievements across various levels. Our students also participated in Inter-school, Inter-state competitions in the field of sports and brought laurels to the school. They made remarkable accomplishments and received awards in the events they participated in.
☀ INDEPENDENCE DAY :
The Independence Day is celebrated in the school on the 15th of August every year with great patriotic fervour and enthusiasm. The Headmistress hoists the National Flag and the National Anthem is sung by everyone present. Many students actively participate in various competitions and deliver speeches related to the freedom struggle and our national heroes. Sweets are distributed among all the students and staff as a part of the celebrations.
